Day 2: Project Reset

Good news, my arm is getting it’s strength back! For the past couple of weeks I have not been able to put weight on it (ex: prop myself up or hold a high plank). There’s still discomfort, but it’s not as noticeable as it was before, and I can’t go holding a plank for 30+ seconds, for safety reasons, but it’s progress.

Even if my arm is feeling completely fine by the end of the 30 days, I’m still going to wait to go back to my Fit & Functional workouts, mainly just to be safe. Well…let’s just hope I’ll be 100% in 30 days.

Any ways, as for today’s workout:

I took things pretty easy today. I was exhausted and I wasn’t able to get my workout in until the afternoon, so motivation wasn’t really there. I walked on the treadmill for 1 hour and 24 minutes, 3.21 miles. It went fairly quickly, thanks to the Mets vs Braves game. I was able to get through 5 innings before I called it quits.

I felt pretty good with how I ate today. Besides breakfast, I pretty much ate like yesterday. Probably could’ve done without the popcorn, pick something else instead, but it’s whatever.

For breakfast I finally had something I’ve been meaning to try for the past week or so. I took 1 serving of Pumpkin Flax Kodiak Cake mix and a 1/2 scoop of Protein French Toast, SO GOOD.

I seriously cannot wait for pumpkin season! It’s like I’m literally counting down the days till I’m able to get Pumpkin Spice Bagels and Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese.

I spent the majority of the afternoon/evening watching baseball. I swear, the Diamondbacks are going to be the death of me this season if they don’t get their crap together.
